Palace Road was acquired by our client for commercial use (Airbnb). The property features 4 bedrooms, all en-suite, alongside a formal living room with a dining area and a family lounge. The client was very specific with their brief, sharing inspiration pictures that set the tone for the project and served as a guideline for how all the spaces would turn out.

We created a timeless palette of neutrals combined with accent colors for each space. The ground floor is the heart of the house, featuring the main living area. The carefully curated burgundy accent pieces, like the commissioned artwork literally draped in deep burgundy, steal the spotlight and tie the whole look together.

The result is a space that exudes understated elegance. Guests will feel right at home in this beautifully designed retreat and we think they’ll be reluctant to leave. We delivered a space that doesn’t stop at being beautiful but also designed to endure for years to come.
